Driveway Expansion Permits
No person, firm, partnership, corporation or other legal entity shall install or modify a driveway without first obtaining approval from Metro Government in accordance with Title Vii Chapter 75.

If your property borders a public area such as sidewalks, steps, driveways, parking spaces, and similar paved areas for public use, you are responsible for the upkeep of this area.
Burning of trash and yard waste is prohibited in
Jefferson County / Louisville Metro year round.
